EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

2

Emotional Freedom Technique – commonly abbreviated to EFT – is a modern and growing form of personal development and therapy.  EFT is a simple but effective technique somewhere in between hypnosis, meditation, and acupressure. You can learn it in a matter of minutes and use it for instant stress relief, for self-development, attitude and behavior development, resolving personal problems, and restoring life balance.

EFT is about returning the mind, body and feelings to a state of balance and harmony so you are not limited by negative emotions. Even though we are ‘designed’ to recover from unpleasant experiences or thought patterns, nevertheless we can be affected by recurring emotions from past events such as relationships, trauma or loss. We can also be affected by ongoing or future events such as work-related stress, interpersonal problems, depression and various kinds of anxieties. These negative emotions, if not released out of the system in the proper way, can be stuck to your energy field and your body, rather than dispersed. Even if you try to ignore them, they still affect your lives.

How it works:

EFT requires ‘tuning into’ the issue and then gently tapping on specific acupressure points to with your fingers to release negative emotional states, thereby helping with almost all of our life problems, including our physical issues. The significant aspect of tapping is that you often experience shifts within minutes. For example if you carry anger towards someone who has hurt you in the past, you would be asked to think about them… and notice how you feel. You do not have to relive past events, just be aware that the negative feeling is there. Once ‘tuned in’ to that feeling, you tap those acupressure points (shown in the diagram, 5-10 times each point), and say a few things that also help disperse the emotion from the system… and you will immediately feel relief from that anger… neutralize it so it no longer carries emotional charge… and you never have to feel it again. The sentence to repeat while tapping is “Even though i feel …… , i deeply and completely love and accept myself.”

Gary Craig (founder of EFT) expresses how EFT works in a slightly different way which is easier to understand. His catch phrase is:

“All negative emotions are caused by disturbances in the body’s energy field”.

He describes it as follows: when you think about a negative memory or feeling, the body’s acupuncture meridians become blocked, a bit like a hose becoming kinked, and this blocks the flow of energy to parts of the body. The result of this is that you feel the negative feeling. By tapping on specific acupuncture points, whilst are deliberately focusing on the negative memory you “un-kink” the hose. Continue reading

Shift into Alignment!

The ego is the source of conflict and dissension, for it thrusts individuals in hostile directions and disconnects them from the power of intention. In my strive to free individuals from anger, resentment, bitterness, and judgment – with my practical knowledge and skills earned – I aim to awaken and draw out their own unique skills, coaching them to detach themselves from limiting, predisposed beliefs that have been imprinted in their minds by external factors.

Throughout my journey, I have discovered that in order to receate the constricted belief systems, one must actively and instinctively pay close attention to their gut feeling and openly receive the truth that comes from that inner chamber of love. This will shape you into the transformational human being that you are destined to be.

That quest for inner peace that we travel the world to find… we don’t have to look very far! It’s approximately the size of our fist, it pumps blood throughout our body and is inside each and everyone of us… Our Heart!

“Allowing yourself to be free from boundaries and limitations of the past that stagnate your evolution & growth, letting the natural intuitive you overflow with pure wisdom and purposeful awareness… and actively intending that inner knowing –  That is what this whole extraordinary shift is about. It’s about discovering your true identity and being noble to your mind, body and soul… and true nobility is all about tackling your inner hecklers and being simply better than you used to be.”

The 5 Tibetan Rites!

1

The Five Tibetan Rites: for Healing, Longevity and Rejuvenation.

The five Rites of  Rejuvenation are described extensively in the book ‘Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth’ (1985) by Peter Kelder or in ‘The Eye of Revelation’, as it was originally known (1939). The original “The Eye of Revelation” contains, not only, the original manuscript contents and drawings, but also the Sixth Rite. Buy the eBook or Download.

Tibetan Buddhist monks who lived in a remote and isolated monastery in the Himalayas practiced these five exercises for thousands of years to help them live long and healthy lives… longer than most people can imagine living. The Tibetan Rites can be described as a modified Yoga program. As we know, Yoga is a science that unites body, mind and spirit. Therefore, the rites work on all 3 dimensions of our being… healing body, emotions and mind. They activate and stimulate the seven Chakras (auric body) that in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system (physical body) which is responsible for the body’s overall functioning and aging process. The rites, when performed regularly and on a daily basis, with proper breathing, stimulate the circulation of essential life force energy throughout the body. These rites promote ultimate well-being… a wonderful way to keep your physical body in shape and awaken your mind to experience greater mental alertness during your daily activities. Continue reading
